Resize using paint, and save as Jpeg.  Or, upload to facebook or other similar site, right click on picture, copy image location, and paste at the http:// spot on the right of the image uploader.  Use preview to make sure it's right.

Looks like it works.  Interesting use of the top bow brackets though!

It is aftermarket, Willys did not supply winches.  It looks to be a Ramsey, one of the popular add ons made for the willys.

ok, you upload the pictures there (no real size restriction) then once uploaded,

1. Right click on the picture and select "Copy image Location".  Then, when you are ready to post pictures here, prepare your post as normal, then, when selecting the pictures to add do the following:

2. Left click on insert image, allow the popup to load.

3. On the upper Right side of the Insert Image window is "Image URL"

4.  Clear the window by deleting all text in that box.  Press "Control" and "v" at the same time to paste the url you copied in step 1

5. Click OK and

Voila!

Hope that's useful!

edit -  If someone right clicks on the posted image (such as the one I posted) and clicks view image, you will notice that the full size image is able to be viewed, it is just resized by the forum to 300 kb automatically.
