If you think Bill Gates has enough money, there's the free Open Office that will open any Microsoft Office files.

I've been using it for several years with no issues.

So, here's the latest.  I printed the decals, and....    they sucked.

The design is ok though, so I will do a little more work on it, and get some decals professionally screen printed both transparent and with black backgrounds.  I will post the result with an image of my gearbox, and then everyone can judge for themselves.   I'll get about 20 or so made and distribute them to anyone who asks at cost.  I'll also leave the final design here for anyone's future use.

Hi Christophe,
That sure is a super cook find! Which of your many jeeps will be the lucky new platform for this unit?

Qcanuck Qcanuck as indicated in my original post I would still be looking for a set or two of the decals with black background. Please let me know once you managed to get these. Thank you so much for your efforts to develop them.
Claus

My father want's the PTO drive on the back and the Ramsey winch on the front!

Finally got around to sending this off to the decal maker today. Sorry for the delay. I'll let you know the final cost and I'll will mail them out at cost and a SASE to anyone who asks.

Except you Chas, who gets a couple for whatever is in that envelop, which I still haven't opened. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Everyone,  and Merry Christmas.

Believe it or not, the decal work is complete, and the printing is underway.  The total cost was $157.38 for a total of 36 decals, which is all I can really afford, in the middle of he Christmas season, if you know what I mean.  That works out to 4.37 each, which I'm going to round up to $4.50 each, just because.

The decal design is close enough for government work as they say, and I've attached a PDF of what they look like.  These are just the yellow font and edge, so they will need to go on over a black, painted surface and clear coated with  "Liquid Decal Film" by MicroScale, or a similar product.   The printing is going to happen Monday and I should get them in the mail about a week later.  I will send them out right away to the two of you who already sent me a SASE and cash.

Any questions, please call me at 343 777 4971 after 6 pm eastern time.

Thanks,
Quentin

P.S. Bob, I hope this isn't an inconvenience for you.
