I am adding a PTO delete plate to my '47. Its a replacement tub so no delete plate was originally there. Does anyone know what screws were used to secure these by Willys. I would assume some sort of flathead screw ?

This is the listing for that screw in Sean's parts list data base.
Not sure what the abbreviations mean.

SCREW, bd. hd., No. 10 x 5/8"

Part Number 53653

I recall reading the best deciphering of this was "binding head"... can't recall where I saw it, but I took it to mean either serrated under the head, or some sort of incorporated washer.

I glanced at these very screws on mine just this weekend in preparation for a PTO delete plate "delete" and my recollection was ordinary straight slotted pan head, assuming they're original
