For those who may want to fabricate their own, hand tracings of NOS and used rebound clips.

The dimensions are for 3-leaf and 6-leaf clips for the standard duty front spring, and should only be considered approximate:
  1. It's not possible to get accurate "flat" dimensions from a piece that's already been bent to shape.
  2. it's not possible to get accurate dimensions at all from a used piece that's been "un-bent", due to stretching/shrinking of the steel
Thumbnails all link to life-size, 300 DPI images, suitable for printing.

NOS clips, made from 3/32" mild steel:
part # 116458 - small, for 3-leaves:

part # 116460 - large, for 6-leaves

Used clips:

If you compare the dimensions between the NOS & used clips, you'll see they don't quite reconcile.  I haven't yet figured out accurate dimensions for a new, flat piece, but these aren't real precision parts either.

The 9-leaf rear spring uses a different "large" clip, to go around 7-leaves.  From what I've been able to measure, and dig up on the web, each leaf is @ .210" thick.  Add twice this to the length of a 6-leaf clip to get a 7-leaf clip.

The heavy-duty 10-leaf front spring clips go around 4 & 8 leaves respectively.  Don't have a heavy-duty 11-leaf rear to see what clips are needed.
