   Someone turned in this tubing cutter to get a new one.   Luckily the repair department did not pitch it,  and lucky for me that I got it.  
I work in the plant that makes these (still made in USA today).  

IIRC the RIDGID logo changed away from the interlocking D and G in the 50's,   so that makes this tubing cutter potentially as old as our '2A's     

Yesterday I used it to cut some exhaust tubing and found out why it was turned in.   The wheel housing is broken,  and sometimes the feedscrew pulls out of the casting when reversing.    This does not really hurt the function of cutting.   It cuts great.
