Fred,
The guy mentioned making these springs 11 years ago. His last visit to the forum was 5 years ago, and he posted "I am no longer making these" at the bottom of page one of this thread.

That's really ashame. Walcks was making them, but it seems it's lost to the Kaiser Willys buyout.
