Thank you, I saw some pics of their products a few years back and at that time they still need to improve upon a lot of things but saw the Facebook page and someone saying that everything was spot on nowadays. I'll have to contact him and find out how their CJ body kits are compared to MD Juan. I bought a 2A tub 5 years ago and I still haven't finished all the needed changes.

I met Peter at his place last spring. He was showing me a "Willy's of France" body he had on one of his jeeps. He told me at that time he had something pretty big in the works that he was willing to put his name on.

Thanks, I just emailed him regarding the new body kits.
After all the B.S. I've been through with my MD Juan tub, I'll eat it and buy a new complete kit if they're as fantastic as he claims. Here is the thread many of us used a few years back. |

Wow !!
I clicked on the link and my adrenaline surged as i admired those colorful jeep bodies. thanks for Posting the link !! I would really enjoy touring the manufacturing plant. Oh, being 2-years new, hmm, no, now 3-years into my '46 2a, i have been patronizing Debella. I always phone Pete to discuss my parts of interest or those being ordered. ( i don't debate with Pete ). Anyway, in our lava-bed strewn landscaped county, my body tub wheel well spot welds unzipped over time, rather than the tub rusting out. A previous owner installed a ranch-fabbed one-piece floor and wells. I would be wonderfully spoiled to have one of those new complete kits. Seems today, many components may need some 'tweaking' for a satisfactory fit, whether used or new. I have never ordered anything from overseas, and happy to hear Shree Ganesh has a U.S. distributor. Omix-Ada carb kits are made in India, and are in my opinion, very poor quality (not purchased from Debella). Now i will have to spend some time snooping around the website. Looking at those shiny new bodies is like being in a big-boys candy store. Now i am hoping i can spend some shelter-in-place time working on my 2A project puzzle. Interesting enough, there is an early Willys parts supplier in Turkey, who are one of the few supplier's i've found who sell Oil Pump pressure relief springs, plunger _ _ _ and shims !! _ _ they sell on eBay, i think. KaiserWillys also shows as having the spring only. I know, this oil pump is off topic, but a possible good overseas supplier to know of for newer hobbyists. Len |

Hey guys, I haven’t had any dealings with the M D tubs, I’ve just read the horror stories! But according to Mr. Pete, I’m the first person to get a 2A tub from him! I only drilled two holes, and I sent him pictures of that so he could forward them to the factory in India. I will be getting another tub kit from him!

Each floorboard hole, but I didn’t drill through the tub, I drilled through the frame brackets!

So it was more than just two holes you needed to drill?
Were you able to line up the pedal holes? Were the shifters centered in the openings for the boots? Was the overhang over the rear cross member correct? Did the front fenders line up? Pictures???

Jason Godfrey is also close to mounting a SGI tub on his Jeep, but is currently struggling to get the engine running again on another thread.
I hope both post something about how it goes, I have a CJ2A with a rotten tub and have been thinking about these.

If you can't get there in a Jeep you don't need to be there!
