Ccoincidentally my trailer plate has that same addition except mine is a single plug.
Maybe that's how lefties were wired. |

And now THREE years after the original post.....'Southpaw' took a drive around the block.
(and Bill, the 'little guy' really isn't so little anymore) ...but, he did say he wouldn't mind learning to drive it! Edited by rocnroll - 14 Oct. 2019 at 3:47pm |

Especially after explaining to D that that engine has been dormant longer than he has been alive. |

to many jeeps, parts, and accessories to list here, but apparently enough to keep me in trouble with my wife. |

Neglected to mention in the wheel post....I was using Aircraft stripper.
Since WallyWorld automotive department doesn't carry that anymore (I wonder why? Probably had a complaint, "oh, that burns when I get it on my skin") So I stepped up to the 'oh so nice smelling CitriStrip'. No harsh fumes Removes latex and oil based paints and then..... No NMP or Methylene Chloride. Well evidently that's what makes it work.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CITRISTRIP !! |

I'd bet someone sued them, even after total misuse of the product.

Not a whole lot to look at there but here's a special shot of a REALLY proud (12 this month) 'little guy' as Bill has called him...what do you think now Bill? We're all getting older, compare this to the first pic in this thread. Well back to the important news...he had his first try with a vehicle (other than a lawn mower) last Sunday...I was proud as was he. NO STALLS of any kind!! I started him in low range 'cause we all know that's pretty easy with the gearing. I let him try that a couple times and went to high range. He drove off just like I would have. Bill, I guess those video games really help hand /eye coordination (or in the case foot/eye coordination) he was really smooth especially for a first try. Anyway, this is the pose he had when he came in for a stop (with clutch still depressed) Was a big day for us both....his little sisters were there to witness it. Phyl and the girls rode in the back home with him in the passenger side. His comment on the way to the house?......"that was GREAT, I'm one of the cool kids now!" I loved it!! |
