Found a couple pieces of rusty gold on our way through the NW hills of CT Big smile I spoke with the owner of the 51’ 3A, he told me it hasn’t run in eight years and needs a clutch... But he was not interested in selling at this time. The trailer is at a farm and used for decoration.

I am always scouting on backroads for stuff like that.  I have a "treasure-trove" of vehicles in my head in case I am desperate for a "junk fix."

Thanks for sharing.

Nice find! I have a love/hate relationship with driving around looking for things like that. I love looking, I hate the number of times I've almost run off the road because I forgot to watch where I'm going!

Ironically, I'm heading down to Canaan in the very NW corner of CT tomorrow for breakfast. If I don't come back, you'll know the last thing I saw was an old jeep in a field!

The stories that Willys could tell _ _ _.
And just imagine all the different types of oil that have been dumped into the engine over the decades. _ _ oil changes ? heaven forbid, go hunting.

Those trailers are becoming quite spendy these days if you can find one.
