SUPER HURRICANE 226

   Hi I just stripped down a Willy’s truck chassis and pulled the super hurricane out Along with transmission and transfer case I think I can get engine running with a good tune up but just curious has anyone put one in a Cj2a and what did they all have to do?

	First, cut a big hole in the firewall......second, cut the radiator support out of the grill and mount the radiator flat to the inside of the grill.....then go back to the hole in the firewall and see how much of it you can close up.

	I had a Jeep with a super hurricane in it and it was a mess. The previous owner could have done a better job installing it but even then I don’t think it had enough extra power to make it worth the swap.

	Better off selling the truck power train to someone who needs it and use the proceeds to fund a better swap ( or stock flathead)

	Had a 226 that I stripped down. It is massive. Doesn't belong in a 2A, 3A.
