All,
I am in search of a non junk throw out bearing. The last one lasted about 1500 miles before catastrophic failure, thankfully I was only down the street when it disintegrated. I should have know when I put it in a few years ago and it was louder than I was used to that it wouldn’t last. Does Timken or SKF make them?

I learned the hard way that...even though the throw out bearing is brand new, don't assume it's been properly lubricated. Before installing it, pack it with fresh grease.
