I'm leaning towards a convert-o-dump but whatever it is, Its a "keeper"

It has some Converto Trailer characteristics and it looks like the front-bottom of the tub and the tongue were possibly made to pivot/hinge as a dump

Ship of Theseus - As years go by wooden parts begin to rot and are replaced by new. After a century, all of the parts have been replaced. Is the "restored" ship still the same object as the original?
