I would not think cables would be too hard to find that would work...if you want to piece one together there is a guy on ebay selling a reproduction decal for the controls. Search Warn 5687/Belleview Winch Control Decal Search Google for Dorman Pull Cables and all kinds pop up.

The cables are not hard to find - NAPA sells some nice Vernier cables, it's the knife switch that is hard to replicate if you're looking for original.
