Cant get my locking hub off tho get at the bearings

I'm not seeing any pictures, but there are retaining rings that hold Warn hubs on. There's usually one on the axle shaft. Generally you need a retaining ring pliers to get it off (you can get them at a hardware store).
And it's been a while since I've worked on the external hubs like these Jeeps use. I don't think they use this second retaining ring, but the internal type hubs have a retaining ring inside the hub. It's usually a springy piece of wire in a groove. So if you still can't get it off, look for that (I usually pry it out with a couple small screwdrivers). But again, I'm thinking you's won't have that one.
