I will only drive the Willys to the beach for now since I am about 10 minutes from there. Easier to get home when/if it breaks

Anyway it is not what I did to my Jeep today but I watched a raccoon look over my parts Jeep 2's frame this morning at 4am.

Now that you’ve cleaned that sweet overdrive up, you ought to send it to me in Salt Lake for safe keeping.

I appreciate your very kind offer, but I've already spoken to Herm. I'm going to send it to him for service and to change it from 26t to 29t.

I’m working on restoring a MB steering wheel that I got from a parts Jeep that I bought last summer. It’s going to replace the steering wheel on my Jeep.I’m using epoxy for repairing chips and grooves.

Still need to apply self-etching primer and paint.

Package on my doorstep:
1 Clifford Header
1 Re-ground NOS camshaft.

Scrounging parts for a future build. I wanted to take full advantage of the Holly carb I recently found:

I told them not to make it a radical cam with a good idle and to keep the power down low. We shall see.

Now, if I could just find a Hickey or Chuchua head.

finally got my hub remover tool. Popped the hubs and rotors off the D41. Mounted the rotors on the hubs I'm using for the D44 floater build. I think tonight I'll do bearings and finish the mock up.

That mud bath looks very familiar!  I felt cheated somehow if there wasn't mud on top of the roof!

Today I applied self-etching primer to the steering wheel I’m restoring. The steering wheel will be painted later once I have more stuff to paint.
