It could be for the 3b. Or maybe if your lucky you have an early one for the cj2. Need to see a photo.

Thanks Russ, I did some research and it’s probably an early cj5 one. I never paid any attention to the hood latches on them

Early CJ5's don't have a under the hood latch, they only have the hold downs on the outside of the hood like a 2A does.

I have a grille screen (chaff screen) without a cutout for the footman loop, other than that it looks like a normal cj2a screen. Any idea what it fits? I thought about early cj5 but it hasn't the hole to reach through for the hood latch.
