I'm looking for the hardware that allows the windshield to pivot open. My '48 simply doesn't have it, and It would be nice to be able to let some air through. I would even try to fabricate some if I had a few good photos so I knew what is involved in the brackets. Thanks, Larry

Pictures of your frame would be helpful to determine what you need. It seems a lot of CJ2A's have other model windshield frames on them.

I have an inside window frame with the pivot brackets. It will need some work, but I took it off of my 48. I'm building another frame that will just hold the glass in position. You are welcome to it..

I have an original windshield inner and outer. I believe that it is complete, but Bubba welded a couple short braces to the from of the outside tube frame. It has the lollipops and brackets. In California.
