Working on a 1946 CJ2A.  Where does the wire from the high beam indicator light get fastened too?
Where does the wire from the dash light get fastened too?

Thanks, Mark

Sparky,
A few minutes of searching will help.

This is a post showing an image of the headlight switch:

#5 labeled "Parking Lights" coincides with the first notch - your instrument light.

Also, another with both the headlight and dimmer:

This is kinda cool.  Click on the choices at the bottom to isolate or alter based on your set up:

The dimmer can be wired backwards - it doesn't really matter.  There's power in from the switch and the other two: One terminal will be low the other high.

Connect the dash light wire to the taillight post on the light switch. If you connect it to the park light post, it will go out when you turn the headlights on.  BW

Thanks to Rus Curtis and Bruce W for the response on the wiring.
That is why I like the CJ2A page.  Everyone is very helpful.  I am not very good at wiring.  I got a wiring harness from Walck's and it was very good quality. I have it all wired up now and just putting the finishing touches on the wiring.
Thanks again guys,   Mark
