OK, I've got more confusion about the"correct horn" that I need than when I started.....
In my 2 photos of the horn above (lifted from a post by athawk11 here on the CJ2A Page) the horn shown clearly has a "trumpet section" that is somewhat wider than the body of the horn, maybe an inch or a little more. (I've asked him if he could provide the actual dimensions, waiting hopefully for that info.) That's DIFFERENT than the (slightly later) horns that I already have. The ones I have, have trumpets which are about the SAME width as the horn body, like this -   So what I THOUGHT I needed to find was the "bigger trumpet" version. So I'm concerned that people will contact me saying "yeah, I've got one of those for you" - without focussing on that difference in the trumpet width. Can anybody shed any light on this????? I don't know for sure what I'm looking for at this point.... |

sounds like this is as challenging as the stock rim/wheel situation i am attempting to sort out. too many variations.
if you manage to determine the differences, etc. let us know what you come up with. thanks.
