In the current issue (October 2006) of Hemmings Classic Car magazine, there is a four page article on the Willys Jeep in war time written by Jim Donnelly.
It has some great archival photography including that of the X32 Agrijeep on page 47 as shown below.



The X32 also appears in Fred Coldwell's book, Preproduction Civilian Jeeps on page 112.

In the photos, you will see that X32 had two personalities.  The above photo shows its early personality as a 1944 CJ-2 with the brass tags.  In 1945, it was used as a test case for the newer later CJ-2 sheet metal with the stamped "JEEP" on the windshield and hood.

hey todd, any photos of your jeeps? i was really hoping to catch a glimpse when i stoped by to pick up those fenders awhile back. i'm sure everyone here would like to see them.

Fascinating site, Todd!  I just peeked at it, and will need to look quite a bit more.  Lots of details to absorb!!!
