Please see Questions and Answers for some topics that frequently appear on this board. As you can see, this board loads rather slowly. If you are posting something for sale, please remember to include your location since someone who might otherwise be interested might not be able to use a part or a vehicle that is too far away. Posting your location when you're selling something that needs to be hauled will save everyone's time (and reduce the number of posts on this already too-slow message board). Thanks.

The dimensions for the pan on the bottom is 18" wide by 16" deep. I had one original steel pan and cut the other from 3/4" plywood (1/2" would work but I had scrap 3/4). I used 4" high density (blue) foam for the bottoms.

The seat backs are 18" wide and 19" tall. On my (original?) seat, at the bottom, there was a piece of wood with the backside curved to fit the seat's contour. I made a second for the other seat out of 1x2 stock. At the middle of the seat it is 1 1/2" wide. That piece was held by two screws coming in from the back of the frame through the bottom tube brace. It provides a spot to staple the bottom of the seat cover to. I used 3" high density (blue) foam for the seat backs.

I also did covers for a rear seat so I purchased 4 yards of marine vinyl. It is UV protected and I figure it should handle getting wet if it's for boats. 4 yards was overkill-I had enough left over to make a spare tire cover, so I can't tell you how much material to buy-only how much not to buy : )

I'm quite pleased with the comfort of the seats while driving. If you'd like I could email you some photos.
