If this makes no sense, pg. 19 of the CJ2A Repro service manual shows the part perfectly. Long story short, is it just a minor deal because of the generator, or major because it bears the weight of the motor? Figure you guys have probably seen this one before? If I understand you the part in question is not part of the block. If so then it can be welded with no problem. Someone here might have one laying around. Check with some of the vendors it you want to replace it. You will however have to tear apart the the froung of the motor for a replacement. If I missunderstood and it is the block then only have a pro who knows how to weld cast iron. Bill
