Not trying to talk you out of the discs, but like Bill says, the 11" just needs general mechanic knowledge and will be more than up to the task of stopping a 2A instead of dealing with the hassles of adapting something else. I think your idea of the dual master cylinder is a good idea regardless of the system you choose.....just two more cents worth.
