Do regular maintenance, enjoy the ride, drive the crap out of it, not necessarily in that order....But if you feel like gas prices aren't already high enough, most parts stores sell an additive for the missing lead in your gas. Some swear you need it, most (including me) say it's no big deal. Like has already been said, if you're into a rebuild, sure go ahead and do it if it makes you feel better, But realistically how many of us here has put enough miles on one of these engines to say "man, I guess I've 'bout worn the seats outta THIS engine, better build me another one, damn unleaded gas!"
